We explore the effects of social media on children and teens, first looking at the negatives, and then highlighting which groups are most at risk.

We finish by identifying positive influences and uses of social media, concluding by giving parents and teachers practical tips and tricks to help children and teens stay safe online and learn healthy social media habits.

This was very insightful, not just for teens but as adults as well. Thank you for sharing.

  3. Nombeko Patience Nqoko (verified owner)

The PDF was very much detailed and on point. Makes a pleasant conversation starter with teens and highlights matter is a calm and not accusing manner. I learnt a lot and appreciate the pointers (straight forward and in easy language even if one was to share the notes with a teen),

  4. Clarissa De Souza (verified owner)

It offers good context on reasons why children should have limited access to social media
